Reservations for Laguna Season are made week by week, on or after a date known as a Trigger Date.
You can make reservations using any or all of the three methods (queues) below (Write-In, Phone-In, Walk-In).
You can make one reservation at a time from each queue.
Any owner in good standing, or an authorized proxy, can make a reservation for Laguna Season.
A Trigger Date is the earliest date you can make reservations for Laguna Season in the following year. Each Trigger Date is 13 months ahead of the Friday start of a Laguna Season week. There’s a separate Trigger Date for each week in Laguna Season.
Make your reservation for Laguna Season by writing in before Trigger Date, by calling in at 7:00 am on Trigger Date, or in person at the resort.
On Trigger Date, requests are processed in the order walk-in, phone-in, write-in.

Write–in requests are randomized at noon on the Friday before each Trigger Date, so there’s no advantage to sending your request very early – just don’t send it late. You will receive an email confirming your request was received.
To improve your chances of getting a unit you want, always send in a write-in request, and be flexible in the units you want.
Phone–In to +1-800-215-0201. Your call is held in an automatic queue. You can make one reservation per phone call.
Your call is placed into an automated queue. When your call is answered, you’ll be told your place in the queue and asked for a call back number.
You’ll be called when it’s your turn to make a reservation.
Wait in line at the resort on or before Trigger Date and make one reservation in person. To reserve high-demand weeks (May, June, September), some owners begin to wait in line one or two days before Trigger Day.
